Hi friend, my name is Chidera. I am the founder of, and one of the instructors at Academic Abundance. I founded Academic Abundance in 2014 with the goal of helping students become self-starters and confident learners. Here is a little more about me. I am originally from Nigeria, but moved to California with my family when I was 13. I have a BA in Pure Mathematics from UC Berkeley, and currently work full-time at a software company in Houston, TX. I am also a certified Academic Coach. I live in The Woodlands, TX with my dog, Wally who now works as Academic Abundance's mascot! I have been teaching for almost 10 years, specializing in Mathematics, English, French, and the Sciences. When I am not working or teaching, I am definitely hiking and exploring my beautiful city.
